1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Note: During sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take an additional 2-3 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. [5,000].

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery.

Important: As per courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the flyer/package before making the full payment to the rider. If there is an issue with the product after opening, please refer to our Return and refund policy.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our courier partner's website.

6. Unclaimed Parcels

If a customer refuses a COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban that customer from future COD orders. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.
