At Farooque, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, we typically offer refunds via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Please provide these details when contacted by our team.
